Replacement casting of your door and window furniture in the desired quantity.

If you do not have any casting samples available, we offer you access to our stock samples. We can also produce models for you according to your specifications (photos / drawings).

An example for private customers, is the completion of their door and window furniture, to treat themselves to a unique piece that delights them every day, or to be able to use a historical interior door hardware also for the house entrance door.

For corporate customers, the satisfaction of their demanding clientele is in the focus. The completion of missing product fragments; the fulfilment of monument protection requirements, or the combination of historical appearance with current fire protection requirements. No problem for us!

By default, products from our production are polished and unpainted. On request, we can also supply brushed, tumbled, lacquered, patinated in various colours. They can also be plated matt or shiny with nickel or chrome.

SPECIAL PRODUCTION

For parts that cannot be produced by sand casting, we offer the lost wax technique. Our Special production also includes the manufacturing process of our FH (fire retardant) setswhere a steel core is coated with brass.

CASTING PROCESS

  • Model revision or model creation for recasting
  • Creation of the negative mould using sand
  • Filling in the liquid brass material and letting it set
  • Extracting the casting and separating the casting channels
  • Removing coarse casting residues
  • Rough polishing and bringing to measure
  • Installation of handle and key holes
  • Production and inspection of the bolting system
  • High gloss finish polishing and cleaning of polishing residues
  • Final inspection
