We offer you a wide range of services and offers in the field of brass and metal construction. We are specialized in the traditional sand casting process. We can reproduce your sample in any quantity, make adaptations and changes or create an individual model for you according to your specifications. If you wish, we can take over the final measurements and assembly for you in Berlin and its surrounding area (Potsdam). We will be happy to advise you.
RECAST
Replacement casting of your door and window furniture in the desired quantity. If you do not have any casting samples available, we offer you access to our stock samples. We can also produce models for you according to your specifications (photos / drawings).
REMOVING CORROSION / POLISHING / UNPATINATING
Reconditioning is a broadly applicable term. We understand it primarily as the removal of paint residues, the polishing of the workpiece and the following cleaning. A more cost-effective method is unpatination. We will be happy to advise you.
FINAL MEASUREMENTS / ASSEMBLY
We take over the final measurements and mounting of our door and window furniture after arrangement for you in Berlin and its surrounding area (Potsdam). If you would like to have the measurement and installation carried out by a professional, please contact us.
ENGRAVINGS
We can engrave any font for you. For the engraving of company plates and logos we need a vector file from you. The plate material and size will be produced according to your wishes.
SURFACE REFINEMENT
Surfaces of our products can be finished as requested. By default, products from our production are polished and unpainted. On request, we can also supply brushed, tumbled, lacquered, patinated in various colours. They can also be plated matt or shiny with nickel or chrome.
ADJUSTMENTS
We carry out adaptations according to your specifications. For example, you would like to use a historical hardware as a bathroom furniture or retrofit your brass door plate with an anti-theft protection. We will be happy to advise you.
PRESERVATION ORDER
Meet preservation order requirements by recasting existing samples or by manufacturing door and window furniture which are compatible with the preservation order.
